Malte Lochau was born in Soltau, Germany in February, 1981. He studied Computer Science at the Technical University of Braunschweig and received his Diploma in March, 2007 and his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science in 2012 from the TU Braunschweig. Currently he is a post-doc researcher at the Technical University of Darmstadt, working in the Real-Time Systems Lab.

Johannes Bürdek was born in Bernburg, Germany in June, 1987. He studied Computer Science at the Technische Universität Braunschweig and received his Master of Science in November, 2012. Currently he is a research assistant at the Technische Universität Darmstadt, working in the Real-Time Systems Lab.

Lars Luthmann was born in Wolfsburg, Germany in July, 1990. He studied Computer Science at the Technische Universität Braunschweig and received his Master of Science in December, 2015. Currently he is a research assistant at the Technische Universität Darmstadt, working in the Real-Time Systems Lab.

Sascha Lity was born in Bad Pyrmont, Germany in September, 1985. He studied Computer Science at the Technische Universität Braunschweig and received his Master of Science in December, 2011. Hauke Baller was born in Lübeck, Germany in May, 1983. He studied Computer Science at the Technische Universität Braunschweig and received his Master of Science in August, 2012. Currently he is a research assistant at the Technische Universität Braunschweig, working in the Institute for Programming and Reactive Systems.

Ursula Goltz was born in the year 1954. She studied Computer Science at the Technical University of Aachen and graduated there with a diploma degree 1982. She received their Ph-D degree from the TU Aachen in the year 1988. She worked as a scientific assistant at the TU Aachen from 1982–1985 and at the Institute on Methodological Foundations of GMD, St. Augustin from 1986-1992. After teaching activities at the Universities of Munich, Erlangen-Nürnberg, Mannheim and Bonn, she became professor for Programming at the University of Hildesheim in the year 1992. Since 1998 she is professor for Computer Science at the Technical University of Braunschweig and leads the Institute for Programming and Reactive Systems. Her main research interests are specification and system design, reactive systems, concurrency, process algebras and semantics.

Prof. Dr. Andy Schürr

Andy Schürr was born in Rosenheim, Bavaria, in the year 1961. He received his Diploma degree in Computer Science in 1986 from the Technical University of Munich and his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science in 1991 from the Technical University of Aachen (RWTH Aachen). From 1996 to 2002 he was an Associate Professor at the Institute of Software Technology of the German Armed Forces University, Munich. Since July 2002, he holds the Real-Time System chair of the Electrical Engineering and Information Technology Department of the Technische Universität Darmstadt. Andy Schürr’s main research interests are model-driven enginering of embedded real-time systems with a special emphasis on the application domains of Automotive Software Development and Automation Engineering on one side and the developed of visual formal specification languages used for that purpose on the other side.
